Operator and contact

E1 is a business service operated by Iulian Miniscurta. For personal data questions, contact [email protected]. Business client data is processed to provide E1 to that business; the business is responsible for lawfully adding it and authorizing staff access.

Information and purposes

We process account and business details, client contacts, appointments, notes, services and referrals to provide the E1 features you use. Session data and technical logs support login, security and assistance. Cookies and local storage support sessions, security and language preferences.

Google Calendar

With your permission, E1 reads your available calendars and event data: titles, descriptions, times, attendees and contacts contained in events. E1 stores event data and extracted details to import patients and appointments and review duplicates within your business. Access tokens are stored to connect to Google. Imports are accessible to authorized users of that business; E1 does not modify Google Calendar events. Google data is used only for the connected features and in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.

Access and retention

Data is accessible to authorized users, providers needed to operate E1, and authorities where required by law. We apply safeguards and retain data as needed for the service, legal obligations and resolving disputes.

Your choices

For access, correction or deletion, contact [email protected]. For data added by a business, contact that business first. You may revoke Google access in your Google settings. Revocation stops further calendar access but does not delete imported data; contact the business or E1 support to request deletion.
